a little scheduling update…
Hey everyone! As we are nearing the end of my pregnancy, I wanted to try to come up with a way to keep everyone in the loop and as organized as I possibly can by the time we have our baby. While this isn’t a perfect system, it should run smoothly as long as it’s done in a two step process. I’ll explain further shortly.
As some of you know and some of you may not, this pregnancy in the last two months has become difficult for a multitude of reasons. We had a preterm labor scare which required that I stepped the number of days I work in a week back to an amount that is more manageable. On top of that, I’ve been juggling sciatic pain and what feels like nonstop illnesses since my daughter has been back to school and bringing home every germ known to man. For those who have had to be wiggled around or are in limbo due to one of the reasons above I greatly appreciate your patience and flexibility with me. Things will be a lot easier once I am back from my maternity leave and no longer battling time and my body.
So! Moving forward, what I would like everyone to do is to subscribe to the email list below. Then if you can turn on Notifications to my posts (by hitting the little bell in the top right corner on instagram) that will help insure that you know when my mass email will be going out. Unfortunately mailing lists will sometimes be flagged by an email provider and be sent to spam, so as long as you know to look out for it you will be alright!
Once the email is sent out, everyone will receive a link to the same calendar. It’s first come first serve for appointments so you’ll want to be quick if you want an appointment from me right out of maternity leave. I will be building up the amount of days I work the older my baby gets. While I can’t give exact time frames, my plan is to take 2 months with her and then add a day or two a week to start so I can help my husband in transitioning into caring for her without me.
